Quinoa salad with apple and grape

Quinoa salad with apple and grape

Grain-based salads are filling and nutritious, and work really well with fresh fruit, which adds colour, texture and taste. All kinds of fresh fruit work well in a grain-based salad – try a citrus variation with orange and grapefruit segments.
Allergy advice: Depending on the grain used, this dish may contain gluten.
